We analyze each opportunity through a scorecard based on the following 10 criteria:

1. Consistent revenues over $1.5M for three consecutive years

2. Owner profits over $500K for three consecutive years

3. We understand the business

4. No single customer larger than 20% of the profits

5. Minimal exposure to seasonality

6. Track record of profitability & positive cash flow

7. Growth potential

8. Recurring revenues or possibility to create such model

9. No need for reinvestment (besides working capital)

10. Pandemic proof
