Eric Rozenberg has helped thousands of entrepreneurs grow and manage their business better. His purpose is to inspirepeople with integrity and honesty, help them take action, get results, and develop their business and their Life.
For two decades in a previous life, Eric has consulted with Fortune 500 companies and produced award winning sales meetings, incentive trips, product launches and conferences in more than 50 countries across diverse industries. He believes organizations must create meetings and events that are not only breathtakingly memorable but which bring corporate strategies to life and amplify team motivation/performance.
Eric is an acquisition entrepreneur, speaker, podcaster, and two times Amazon bestselling author.
His podcast "The Business of Meetings" is the first podcast in the Meetings & Events Industry dedicated to business owners (https://spoti.fi/3cA0ya5). Every Tuesday, listeners learn something new they can apply in their business and/or get inspired by amazing guests.

Ace Chapman
Ace Chapman has been in Private Equity for over 20 years. The first business he bought was an online stock market simulator in the early days of the Internet. He purchased the website, made some changes, and grew it from 10,000 to 250,000 users and generated a 100x cash on cash return.
Since that initial acquisition, Ace has built systems around building private equity funds, completing close to 200 deals.
He has served as a General Partner for 8 Funds.
His process, experience, and insight into private equity are among the reasons that the majority of his partners return fund after fund.

Benjamin Marks
Benjamin Marks is the CEO of Leveraged Equity Holdings Group, LLC, a firm dedicated to commercial real estate investment and development of value-added multifamily and retail property types, primarily in dense urban infill locations in DC, MD, VA, WV, KY, PA, and FL. As CEO, Benjamin has built a commercial real estate portfolio valued at more than $86 million, entirely from scratch. His greatest challenge is Acquiring, managing and operating properties across 7 States and managing growth that is actually accretive as well as synergistic, also finding and keeping talented managers. At Leveraged Equity Holdings Group, we distinguish ourselves by having a long term perspective, patience and being incredibly picky about what deals we execute on and which we avoid. We pride ourselves on being risk averse and focusing at least as much on the downside vs upside. That makes us unique especially in the development division of our firm. Ed Roosli
A global executive, Eduard Röösli is an experienced and proven CEO, Board Member and Advisor. Röösli has 22 years in the high-tech industry where he held several sales, marketing, and general management positions around the globe. During the last 15 years he has been active in the PE/VC segment as an operator.
He has led PE/VC portfolio companies in multiple industries as President and CEO and served as Board Member. In bio- and med-tech he managed startup Ebb Therapeutics and Shaser Bioscience, and in FDA regulated segments he managed Image Skincare and currently runs Sky Organics. In the automotive industry he served as President and CEO of Bramont, an automotive company that manufactured and distributed vehicles in Brazil under license from Mahindra (India) and Benelli (Italy).
And he was president for Latin America/Australia/New Zealand at Spectrum Brands Inc., a publicly held global consumer products company.
He lived in Europe for 12 years, where he studied business administration in Switzerland at the St. Gall Graduate School of Economics, Law, and Business Administration.
He is fluent in 6 languages. He has been a pilot for over 40 years and volunteers his personal time to give back to the community by also flying “Angel Flight” missions. He lives in South Florida with his wife and two daughters.

J David Scheiner
A highly-respected veteran retailer, J. David Scheiner served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Macy’s Florida / Puerto Rico, a 2 billion dollar division of Macy’s Inc. before retiring in 2009.
J. David Scheiner is the former Chairman of the Board of Directors of Perry Ellis International. He is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Strategic Forum and a board member of the Florida Chapter of NACD. He is a Board member and investor of Anatomie a luxury Women’s apparel company and a partner in Levears, a jewelry company. In addition he is an Advisor to the CEO of iBridge LLC, a global digital transformation company, for business transformation services. He is a business consultant for SIB, a fixed cost reduction company, and is also an international business consultant to companies in the retail and wholesale field, as well as Investment Banks and Private Equity groups investing in the consumer retail industry.

Kavita Sahai
Kavita has worked as private equity investor (TA Associates, Sun Capital Partners), M&A Investment Banker (Wachovia Securities) and board advisor/consultant for many companies. She has a proven track record as an operator taking two companies to over seven figure profitability (21drops, Spine Orthopedic Center). She currently is founder and CEO of a clean beauty company - K Sahai
She received her BS from the University of Florida and MBA from UC Berkeley as a Haas Merit Scholar.

Mark Komine
Mark Komine is an accomplished business leader with a 30-year history of leading complex enterprise and operating teams for Fortune 300 companies, start-ups, and single business units including Hilton Worldwide, The Blackstone Group, Fidelity Strategic Investments, Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Fairmont Hotels & Resorts and Marriott Hotels & Resorts. As a head of sales he has led as many as 2,300 employees.
Since 1985, Mark has consistently delivered explosive growth by driving a distinct and innovative approach to leading sales transformation and peak-performing cultures by earning extraordinary customer and employee commitment. He tightly integrates strategic and tactical actions to outperform competitors in driving short-term target achievement, building sustainable premium growth, taking dominant market share, winning customer loyalty, and increasing brand and asset value.
After The Blackstone Group’s acquisition of Hilton Worldwide in 2007, Mark was recruited as SVP, Head of Sales to transform and lead Hilton Worldwide’s sales organization through a period of rapid growth and company IPO where he delivered over $12,500,000,000 in sales-influenced revenue; $7,200,000,000 in enterprise sales and $5,300,000,000 for the owned-and-operated hotel portfolio. He was responsible for leading 200 sales professionals in 11 global sales offices within The Americas, and 2,100 sales, catering and event team members in 335 owned-and-operated hotels in 16 countries.
Prior to Hilton, he designed and executed sales and marketing for newly created LXR Luxury Resorts (a collection of Blackstone acquisitions) and led Fidelity Strategic Investments through critical phases of branding and growth to maximize return and asset value of The Seaport Companies.
Mark’s accomplishments also include the successful launching and repositioning of new hotel builds, conversions and integrations for iconic resorts such as the Boca Raton Resort & Club, best-in-class urban hotels including The London NYC and mid-tier hotels such as The Saratoga Hilton. He has created many winning approaches to revenue generation that include sales and marketing playbooks, cross-functional team alignment, and peak performance training and coaching platforms. He has delivered keynote addresses to audiences as large as 1600 with extraordinary approval ratings.
Among his achievements, Mark was recently recognized by the Strategic Account Management Association with the 2013 Program of Year Award for innovative efforts that resulted in double-digit and dominant market share growth.
Mark also serves as president and managing partner for Whiteboard Sales Advisors LLC.

Steven Scheck
Steven Scheck is the principal of Scheck Group, a family office focusing on private equity, real estate and merchant financing. His current involvements include Treasurer of United Synagogue of Conservative Judaism, Florida Region Vice-Chair of Anti-Defamation League and other organizations.
On a local level, he has served as President of Beth Torah Benny Rok Campus, Co-Chair of The Network, the Under-40 Connection to The Greater Miami Jewish Federation for 4 years and was honored with the Sandra C. Goldstein Young Leadership Award in 2006 and the Stanley C. Myers Presidents’ Leadership Award in 2012. He has also served on the local boards of The Greater Miami Jewish Federation, AIPAC, UM Hillel and American Jewish Committee. On a national level, he was a member of the Jewish Federations of North America Board of Trustees and completed the Wexner Heritage Program. Other past involvements have included Co-Chair of National Young Leadership Cabinet, Vice-Chair of the Greater Miami Jewish Federation Mega Mission to Israel in 2012, Chair of the Greater Miami Jewish Federation “100% Community” Donor Acquisition and Retention Initiative and National Chair of the JFNA Network of Independent Communities.
Steven graduated from The University of Texas at Austin in 1995 and lives in North Miami Beach, Florida with his wife, Michele, and their four children, Jenna, Evan, Haley and Adam.
